HR Chronicle is a cloud-based human resource and payroll solution that assists businesses of all sizes with employee self-service, workflow and database management. Its key features include calendar management, leave tracking, help desk and notifications.


The application’s payroll module lets team members calculate compensation and deductions in salary based on an employee's timesheet. With its self-service feature, staff can update profiles, view leave balances and download policy forms. Administrators can use the control engine tool to provide role-based access and monitor account activity.


HR Chronicle comes with a roster management functionality that enables personnel to arrange daily, weekly and monthly schedules. The solution helps managers to customize payroll templates and generate multiple reports. It comes with a mobile application for Android and iOS and support is provided via phone, mail and live chat.
