Culture Amp performance appraisal is a cloud-based performance management solution that assists small to large sized organizations with review collection and goal tracking. Its key features include 360-degree feedback, custom rating scales, peer appraisals and development resources.
The application comes with a calibration tool that lets managers assess employees and prepare evaluation reports on multiple criteria. Team members can use the project module to create task plans, follow established milestones and request training. Additionally, coordinators can use templated and open-ended questionnaires to conduct evaluations.
Culture Amp performance appraisal integrates with third-party human resource platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Namely and SAP SuccessFactors. The system is available on an annual subscription and support is provided via chat and email.
