COMPOSE is a compensation management software solution that is built to manage the administration of variable pay programs, including merit, bonus, short-term and long-term incentives for employees. This solution intends to help businesses execute complex pay programs while integrating with existing ERP, HRIS, HCM, and financial systems. 


With COMPOSE, businesses will have access to customization and configuration tools which can be used to help meet unique business needs, such as budget requirements. Adaptable features include capabilities to create customized grids/templates with the intent to reduce manual work and calculation inaccuracies. Personalized customer service and support, via phone or email, is also available with this solution. COMPOSE integrates with Workday.


Pricing is based on the total number of active employees tracked within Compose. You may purchase Compose as a license or on a subscription basis. Please contact Decusoft for more information.
