Grapevine Evaluations is an integrated cloud-based competency management and performance review solution that helps human resource departments in businesses across various industry verticals to monitor performance of their employees and create multi-rater feedback surveys.

Users can create and design evaluations using pre-designed templates that can be customized with the organization's logo. Grapevine Evaluation’s library of questions allows users to create the content of each performance evaluation, or customize and create their own forms. Once evaluations are prepared, users can email them directly to employees and managers.

Once responses and feedback are recorded in the solution, the HR team receives an email informing them of the progress of the evaluation. The solution also helps users to generate reports that can be viewed within the solution or shared in a PDF format with employees and managers.
