HRMatrix is a hybrid human resource management (HRM) solution that provides HR departments in businesses, various functionalities to manage HR processes like personnel tracking, benefits administration, shift scheduling, project management, company files management, travel management, time and attendance, employee training management, applicant tracking and more. The solution can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.

HRMatrix helps HR professionals to manage their employee’s data and offers automation on redundant tasks. It can also be set with rules to alert specific co-workers when changes are made. The employee content manager feature allows administrators to attach and retain files in multiple formats including .pdf, .mp4, .mpg, .doc and others.

Additionally, HRMatrix features dynamic organization charts, a social networking platform and the capability to tie together people and projects within the system. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Perpetual license is also offered for a one-time fee. Support is offered via phone and email.
