Features include an onboarding task manager, digital checklists, an eSignature tool, a centralized employee database, employee reviews and feedback, a time-off tracking tool, an integrated calendar and much more.

With Kin, HR managers are able to streamline and organize the new hire onboarding process with personalized welcome pages for new hires and custom tasks for the onboarding team. New hires can digitally sign any onboarding document using Kin's eSignature tool. 

For a well-organized workplace, Kin centralizes all employee data such as employee addresses or documents in one place. Employees are able to upload and update personal and professional information with employee profiles. Teams can view the availability of co-workers or project deadlines with a Google-integrated team calendar. 

Employers can align feedback and employee objectives with business OKRs to ensure improved productivity and profitability with Kin's feedback tool. Kin is able to centralize, schedule and delegate employee, manager and company reviews from across the organization. Managers can also set employee objectives to align work with the organization's mission.

For time-off management, Kin allows employees to view available PTO, time-off requests, or activity history. HR managers can create time-off policies, while non-HR managers can delegate approvals to employees.
