Lattice allows users to set-up tasks for individual employees and tracks those tasks until completion. Teams can view all tasks in progress through productivity graphs. Admin dashboard allows HR teams to create custom questions for performance reviews. Employee reviews are customizable to evaluate objectives. The solution provides constant reminders to employees to fill performance reviews.


Managers are able to set custom fields for performance analysis. Lattice provides reporting features that allow users to study employee review status of individuals, teams and company-wide. Reports are stored for retroactive study and comparison. Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided via email.
