Software Overview

LearnCore by VLinksMedia is a cloud-based interactive learning platform that helps users create and deploy training programs for their teams. The solution incorporates learning methodologies from professional services like Kaplan and Pearson. It provides course creation tools that can build custom courses, integrates training content that is already available with the organization and uploads content from other sources. Department heads can measure the effectiveness of their training programs with automatically scored tests. There are different testing formats and control settings for time limits and passing grades.


Employees and teams can win rewards for completing courses and passing assessments. Employees can voice questions and communicate with their peers on message boards in social forums.


LearnCore offers an analytics feature that collects data on metrics such as progress, completion, scores and forum activities. Data can be downloaded from the solution and it can be uploaded into other human resources (HR) systems. Support is provided via email.
