Key features include feedback management, pre-recorded messages, session recording, interview practice sessions and candidate management. 


Administrators using Odro can generate reports and gain insight into the number of views on recruiter interviews and usage amount from each recruiter. Recruiters can also receive intelligent analytics on viewing habits of clients via heatmaps and identify popular candidates. Additionally, teams can record live and solo video interviews and upload them alongside supporting documents that include portfolio, CV, resume and more. 


Odro's GDPR toolkit gathers consent from concerned parties before recording a video, customize data retention procedures as per company policies and personalize the platform whilst maintaining regulatory compliance. Odro also offers password-protected rooms, network and hardware test links, multi-device support, white-label capabilities and website integration.
