PeopleGoal is a cloud-based performance management solution for small and midsize companies across multiple industries. PeopleGoal is a configurable solution that can be tailored to your requirements. Core features include goal management, performance reviews and appraisals, check-ins, social recognition and 360-degree feedback.


PeopleGoal allows managers to set team objectives and employees to align their goals to company and team objectives. HR Admins can view goal progress and create custom feedback, check-ins and performance review forms to evaluate employee goal progress and performance. The dashboards provide real-time reports, a summary of individual progress and goal completion reports that can be further drilled down by department, team and employee.


PeopleGoal integrates with BambooHR, Slack, Workday, Microsoft AD and Auth0 (for SSO). It is offered in a subscription pricing option. Support is offered via live chat, email and over the phone.
