Vista is an integrated human resource, benefits, payroll, recruiting and self-service application that offers tools for administrative HCM and payroll processes.  


Functional elements include workflow, tax management, recruitment, staffing, position and training management, OSHA, workers’ compensation compliance and performance and compensation. Vista tracks vital information for strategic planning and decision making and offers self-service HR and payroll capabilities for employees and managers.


Users can develop their own custom reports in addition to those already available in their report library. In addition, an English language query tool is provided. Teams can specify user privileges based on job responsibility in order to control access to confidential employee information.


The solution serves a variety of organizations, including finance, healthcare retail, manufacturing and education. Users can contact the support team via phone and email, as well as access online tutorials for basic knowledge.
