Over 21 years of functional implementation experience with Infor/Lawson HR/Payroll modules for both profit and non-profit organizations, including hospitals, retail, religious organizations and HCM.
Experience includes Implementation, Upgrades, Project Management, Needs Analysis, Business Process Design, and Training.
Implemented Lawson's HR, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel, Absence Management, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service modules as well as BSI.
Worked on ISeries, Windows and UNIX platforms and participated in a cross-platform migration from ISeries to Unix.
