  • Partnered with a nationwide client with 900+ employees to review their ADP WorkforceNow setup for sustainability, process/workflow scalability, for their internal as well as external support levels

  • Conducted interviews with key stakeholders (payroll, HR, benefits, field staff whom support payroll and Practice Manager’s

  • “Data gathering” process, a refined scope will be created to ensure alignment of focus and priorities on assess current state, payroll processes, payroll system set-up, HRIS system set-up (employee records; onboarding, FLSA, benefits, EEOC, talent profile), Process workflows (roles & responsibilities)

  • Identifying current pain points and reviewing system integrations and client’s gaps.

  • Clients deliverables, gap analysis, current state assessment of setup, policies and procedures, organizational structure assessment (i.e. positions not people). Execution plan to close the gap, document specific steps recommended to close the gaps including prioritization by step/hospital and implementation of recommendations for phase 2.

  • Identified on going issues with their ADP Payroll Systems for preparation for migration into SuccessFactors

  • Data analysis on clients Time and Attendance, General Ledger, Scheduling, Compensation, Benefits and Time-off

  • Identifying and designing workflows for compensation, benefit events and onboarding

  • Created 4 project plan one for each region for migration into SuccessFactors – Europe, Canada, Australia and US

  • Recommend alternate solutions to enhances client’s growth and productivity

  • Reviewed interface mapping issues, data integrated, resolve any outstanding data issues

  • Configured and tested, on-boarding, life events, open enrollment and created custom reports

  • ETime Implementation Consultant for ADP

  • Configured, identified and resolved issues for clients from project start to go-live

  • Developed and trained on hyperfind queries and QuickNav reporting

  • Worked with DIS to identified interface mapping, data issues and help resolved data issues

  • Providing clients recommendation with alternate solutions, that enhances product productivity

  • Developed and delivered Enterprise eTime end user training

  • Reviewed all project plans, configuration workbooks, specification, issue log, change request, and all deliverable targets
