Develop functional specifications, review existing Time Tracking & Absence modules, recommend solutions to enhance/ improve current implementation of absence management in Workday.
Guide HRIS and Payroll Department on Payroll and Time Tracking setup.
Guide HRIS on how to receive information and what task a department should be doing.
Provides technical support and responds to all assigned JIRA tickets.
Day to day support of Workday Payroll, Garnishment, Tax, Benefit, Timekeeper and HRIS/IT department.
Workday Reports Writing Projects
Created over 100 custom reports throughout the company
Worked with the Payroll, Compensation, Timekeeper, Benefits & Canada Payroll Process team to gather report requirements to build Custom reports for the Developer Team
Write Report Functional Design documents for the Report Developer Team & work them on the behalf of Payroll, Benefit, Timekeeper & Human Resource department
Test the new reports in the test environments and Production
Document report’s Test results such as Fail or Passed before moving it to Production
Document expected results from testing in a manner to support sign-off before production
Performed regression testing as needed
Created and modified reports for the Payroll, Benefit, Compensation and Timekeeper teams for auditing purposes
Setup Workday notification for Time Tracking
Prepared regularly scheduled reports and ad-hoc reporting as required.
