Project 1

• Responsible for extraction of financial data from Oracle EBS system for Workday Financials Implementation; Supplier Data, Customer Data, Business Assets & General Ledger.

Project 2

• Responsible for extracting data from the legacy system (Oracle EBS) via SQL queries (ETL) and creating Workday EIBs to load into target Workday tenant. 

• Analyzed the source data, mapped it into target tenant values, transformed the data into WD Target values, formatted the data as per the specifications and loaded into target tenant. 

• Responsible for extracting the loaded data via custom reports and validating the same against the source data. 

• Used WD studio integrations to load Employee images and performance document to the target tenant. 

• Worked on workday report writer and Restructuring custom Integrations with Third party applications using workday Cloud Connect and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document transformations to Support the Realignment of Organization Structure. 

• Worked on EIB to change the Organization Assignments, Update Pay groups to all employees during reorganization. 

• Prepared EIBs (Enterprise Information Builder) to perform mass data updates like organization changes, Compensation changes, Change Job Scheduled hours etc. 

• Developed many custom reports like Advanced, Matrix, Trended, Composite reports using various data sources, Business Objects and Fields. Involved in gap analysis, business process Re- configuration, data conversion, integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. 

• Meet with business to gather requirements and transform into Workday Process.

Project 3

• Utilized Clone and Go process to Inactivate the Supervisory Orgs, Term the employees and Clean up the security roles. 

• Responsible for building the strategy to automate the process of inactivating the Invalid Sup Orgs for the target tenant, build EIBs to terminate the employees, purge the employee Data and finally clean up the security roles for both the tenants. 

• Primary duties include developing Integrations using EIB, core connectors and studio integrations to integrate with third party systems and to create custom reports for various functional areas. 

• Created EIBs for Inbound and Outbound Integrations. 

• Updated business processes and security when needed. 

• Provided functional support and training for end users in Workday HR/Payroll. 

• Supported the 2 Workday updates by testing critical integrations, leveraging new functionality, and working with end-users to map out the requirements for new integrations. 

• Served as Workday HCM testing lead during the project. 

• Developed test scenarios and cases for all phases of testing. 

• Facilitated and documented testing results.
