  • Proficient in large-scale, global, full-life cycle, domestic and international Workday implementations.

  • Identifying issues and risks, designing solutions, recommending approaches to meet client / functional requirements.

  • Experienced in directly working with global Business Partners and Product owners to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday.

Project 1

  • Primarily working as Techno-Functional consultant for Workday HCM, Payroll and Compensation implementation.

  • System configuration for Business Processes, Validation Rules, Custom notifications and Alerts for HCM, Payroll, Compensation and Recruiting modules.

  • Loading bulk data such as Position creations, Compensation updates.

  • Developing custom reports like Advanced and Matrix reports.

  • Troubleshooting Workday PECI integration (Payroll interface for 3rdparty ADP Vantage) issues relating to new hire / re-hire scenarios, terminations and employee changes.

  • Ttroubleshooting Workday Payroll issues like W2 issues, Payroll report issues and Payroll security issues.


Project 2

  • Workday Functional Consultant for Advanced Compensation module.

  • Configured Merit, Bonus and Equity plans which includes plan eligibility rules, plan profiles, waiting periods, rounding rules, targets and reference currencies.

  • Configured Compensation Review Process Template using Shared Participation and Configured Grid / Participation rules.

  • Configured Compensation Review Validations for errors and warnings in the Grid for Merit, Bonus and Equity sections.

  • Configured various security groups and maintain assign roles to launch and maintain Advanced Compensation process.

  • Built the various Custom report for Compensation team, Payroll team, HRBPs and Managers for Compensation reviews.
