Configured Compensation Review Process Template using Shared Participation and Configured Grid / Participation rules.
Configured Compensation Review Validations for errors and warnings in the Grid for Merit, Bonus and Equity sections.
Configured various security groups and maintain assign roles to launch and maintain Advanced Compensation process.
Built the various Custom report for Compensation team, Payroll team, HRBPs and Managers for Compensation reviews.
