Workday Reports Assignments include:

Client 1)

• Provide HR reporting metrics analysis through the use of dashboards and scorecards on a regular basis to HR and Senior Leadership teams

• Manage the development of an analytics platform and data culture that supports self-serve analysis and data-driven decision-making throughout Human Resources and the organization. 

• Create and develop predictive modeling and trends analysis tools that anticipates the clients needs and provide real-time solutions to meet those needs whenever possible.

• Provide advanced statistical analysis, advanced reporting, data retrieval, and project lead of programs that cross departmental or divisional lines.

Client 2)

• Managed and oversaw all aspects of Workday reporting, including calculated fields, advanced, matrix, composite, dashboards, and scorecards.

• Worked heavily with HCM, Recruiting, and Surveys and Questionnaires in Workday and created dashboards so business could easily visualize data trends.

• Worked with business stakeholders to design, build, and QA Workday reports, while following documented guidelines and quality assurance procedures.

Client 3)

• Global Program Manager of Workday Reporting and Analytics and point of contact companywide.

• Successfully implemented GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for all areas pertinent within Workday to remediate and regulate data privacy guidelines for the European Union.
