Worked on development of reports for all the modules Core HR, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking and Security.

Experienced in working with EIB’s.

Prepare ad hoc reports for HR staff and other functional areas for management in support of workforce analytics/metrics, as needed.
