Profile
Over 21 years of functional implementation experience with Infor/Lawson HR/Payroll modules for both profit and non-profit organizations, including hospitals, retail, religious organizations and HCM. Experience includes Implementation, Upgrades, Project Management, Needs Analysis, Business Process Design, and Training. Implemented Lawson's HR, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel, Absence Management, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service modules as well as BSI. Worked on ISeries, Windows and UNIX platforms and participated in a cross-platform migration from ISeries to Unix. Participated on database migrations to DB2 and Cloud.

Map and convert data for HR/PR modules from legacy systems to Lawson.

Performed upgrade/migration from ISeries 7.0 to Unix 7.0 then skip upgrade and merge into existing Unix 9.0 production environment.
Implemented Kenexa BrassRing and OnBoarding.
Completed Workday to Lawson Implementation.
Completed Infor version 10 upgrades.
