Infor WFM Workbrain Consultant

Techno-Functional Consultant with 30+ yrs HCM/Payroll/WFM experience. The last 7 years implementing, supporting the cloud-based Infor Workbrain WFM Time and Attendance system and Multi-View (MVS) scheduling module. 

Recent project experience includes:

• Implementation Consultant, leading implementations of Infor’s cloud-based WFM Time & Attendance (Workbrain/Infor) solution’s Multiview Scheduler (MVS) module for hospitals.

• HCM Consultant supporting Infor WFM Time & Attendance (Workbrain/Infor) system (Production support) in cloud-based environment, vendor management liaison, and application upgrade analysis.

• Functional systems consultant identifying, documenting, prototyping state of Alabama HRM functional application payroll and garnishment requirements and payroll tables’ configuration requirements.

• Functional systems consultant analyzing, configuring, testing, and supporting the Infor WFM Time & Attendance (Workbrain/Infor) system implementation/integration of acquisitions with unions.

• Project management and Functional systems consultant analyzing, configuring, testing, and supporting Time & Attendance (Workbrain/Infor) system implementations in a SaaS (cloud-based) environment.

• Supporting clients through go-live and post-production.

• Managing Time & Attendance module along with and Leave Balances and Entitlement accruals, including configuring, testing and approving, coordinating system changes and updates with vendor, HR, Payroll, and IT personnel.

• Level2 Level3 Support of Workbrain product, working with users, managers, payroll, IT, and vendors.

• Led transition and conversion of payroll tax reporting by third-party vendors – along with managing day-to-day payroll tax reporting, payroll-to-general-ledger interfaces and payroll-related account reconciliations.

• Led selection and implementation of enterprise level Time & Attendance, Leave Management system (Workbrain/Infor) in self-hosted environment, managing vendor, HRIS, Payroll, HR, Training and IT team members.
