Serving as principal consultant Workday Benefit / Core Compensation implementations.
Maintaining configuration changes and assisting client with aligning their business needs to Workday.
Work with delivery assurance to ensure compliance with agreed checkpoints.
Design product configuration based on business requirements and Workday best practices.

Union configuration and setup up new benefit plans in support or acquisitions. Gather the requirements and ensure that new configuration for these groups will not impact existing configuration.
Manage requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they deliver stated project business objectives and leads the change management process in support of new organization implementations and business process enhancements; capability of effective planning and priority setting for Benefits and Compensation
Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers.
Responsible for the data migration delivery through the entire project lifecycle and for the end-to-end migration process (cleanse, extract, transform, load)
Assisted in the redesign and reconfiguration of Benefits in Workday by consolidating 96 benefit groups into 4 benefit groups, eliminating the need for over 480 health care rates and allowing Open Enrollment to process more efficiently.
Successfully led and participated in the implementation and configuration of Annual Enrollment for over 60,000 employees.
Collaborated with the National Benefits Team on all acquisitions to validate requirements and configuration. Allowing over 10,000 new benefits eligible employees to enroll in benefits.
Facilitated system testing and user acceptance testing sessions with functional users
Provided troubleshooting support for functional production issues in Workday. Trained service center employees on resolving production issues and supporting Workday.
Acted as the project lead coordinating activities with the Health & Welfare business unit, HR Operations, and HRIS departments.
Served as the Business Process design owner, acting as subject matter expert, documentarian, facilitator, and; conducting preliminary investigation for all project requests; and administration of benefits across CHI.
M&A configuration and setup up new benefit plans in support or acquisitions. Gather the requirements and ensure that new configuration for these groups will not impact existing configuration.
Severed as a project manager as assigned; define and document complex business requirements and processes, lead review sessions with technical and business teams including all levels of management; may require monitoring or facilitating the work of others and/or that of cross functional team members while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Applied Continuous Improvement process methodology to collect and analyze metrics and improve processes; acts as the primary contact for vendor and employee escalated issues; uses root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions;
Partners’ with the National Benefits Team on all divestitures, acquisitions and strategic initiatives as they pertain to employee benefits.
