Workday Implementation Project Manager

Program and Project Management expertise includes: Workday versions 10, 11, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 PeopleSoft 9.2, 9.1, 9.0 8.9, 8.8, 8.4, 8.3, 8X, 7.5, 7.07 and an ADP Interface. In addition an Enterprise V-2 implementation, SAP, ADP Connection, ADP PayForce, ADP StreamLine, Munis and Oracle Fusion.

Workday Implementation Projects include:

Client 1) 

• Global Workday project - Implemented Workday Finance Expense application versions 28, 29. 

• Role - Client Project Manager for the Workday Finance Expense application project and Project Manager for client outsourced integrations global project for a Global Chemical and Gas Manufacturing client. Went thru Planning thru Go Live, support and enhancements.

Client 2) 

• Workday implementation project was the result of a merger. 

• Workday 24, 25 Phase one and Workday 26, 27 Phase two. 

• Implemented International Human Resource, Payroll and Finance projects for Global Real Estate and Management company as hands on Program - Project Senior Manager, focus on payroll. 

• The project included Workday HR, Workday Finance and Payroll Integrations and Reports, interfaces. 

• Project included converting from PeopleSoft to Workday. 

• PICOF was utilized for Workday Payroll Change Reports and or Payroll Integrations for 42 Countries Phase One and 20 Countries Phase two. 

• Managed other projects that were assigned or related to the Global payroll projects.

Client 3) 

• Global Payroll Workday implementation involving 59 countries as Project Manager Project for International Technology Manufacturer Organization.

• Implemented Global Payroll ADP StreamLine for 57 countries, (U.S and Canada on ADP PayForce was already implemented earlier), WorkDay U12, Employee Expense Reimbursements processing, Commission System, Custom Time and Attendance system, Recruiting and Hiring system, other Interfaces as Payroll Testing Lead. 

• Created detailed Testing and Payroll Parallel Testing Plans, detailed Payroll Testing General Ledger Plans for Global Payroll implementation. 

• General Ledger mapping for over 30 international countries. 

• Provided accounting, Leadership, resolutions and solutions. 

• Position required International travel and working with Executive client and Accounting and Finance management. 

• Provided numerous mapping assistance, strategy, status and methodology. 

• Attended or Lead frequent meetings.
