• Lead analysis to drive integration between Cornerstone OnDemand and Degreed platforms, and then led analysis and advised on strategy for the introduction of Cross Knowledge LMS to learning ecosystem.

• Create strategies and configurations for compliance related assignments and reporting for global learner audiences.

• Evaluate quarterly releases and make recommendations to take advantage of new functionality as well as mitigate any risk to existing configurations.

• Provide Tier 2 & 3 Support to the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS learning community including setting up learning paths, loading content, optimizing training content settings so that the right people are receiving the right training at the right time.

• Provide train the trainer sessions to increase overall system usage and drive efficiencies

• Provide analysis and make recommendations on configuration based on the clients' requirements for their use of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS and Performance Management Systems.

• Reviewed existing configuration, analyzed process needs, and identified gaps in how the settings will limit the system functionality, and then offered corrective steps for moving forward.

• Led migration strategy for learning content from legacy system.
