Senior UltiPro Implementation Consultant

• Working with a broad range of clients implementing UltiPro and providing post implementation support services. 

• Hands-on Techno-Functional Consultant and Project Manager with strong skills and experience in implementing UltiPro Payroll, HCM & Benefits.

• Assignments include;

Project 1

• 8-month assignment as Project manager and system consultant for HCM implementation (UltiPro Enterprise) and time & attendance system (UltiPro Time & Attendance) for over 3,000 United States, Canadian, and Bahamian employees. 

• Coordination and development of system interfaces between company software (UltiPro, SAP) and third party vendors (ADP, Manulife, Fidelity).

Project 2

• 3-month project as Consultant for HRIS staff augmentation. 

• Developed custom UltiPro Business Intelligence reports and alerts, designed and tested vendor interfaces, and resolved technical issues within the HRIS.

Project 3

• 16-month assignment as Project manager and system consultant for HCM implementation (UltiPro Enterprise) for over 20,000 employees across the United States. 

• Facilitated change management throughout organization, centralizing payroll and finance processes to corporate headquarters. 

• Project manager for two company acquisitions onto HCM platform.
