• Full-lifecyle implementation and support for ATS migrations.

• Currently responsible for all iCIMS projects, training, reporting, support and maintenance.

• Consulted with leadership from all business segments to create a fully automated recruiting workflow that begins with requirement creation and encompasses all phases of the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.

• Evaluated seven different ATS systems to determine best fit for company goals and desired recruiting workflow.

• Integrated background check (TalentWise), new hire forms, custom forms and payroll (ADP).

• Implemented a fully automated candidate submission, tracking, and vendor management process for over 30 staffing agency partners through iCIMS.

• Completed redesign and automation of our internal application process through iCIMS.

• Collaborated with iCIMS engineers to resolve over 800+ tickets involving our customizations.

• Train all new users on the system (including iCIMS Social Distribution) and recruiting workflow.

• Designed and configured over 200 custom user interfaces.

• Created over 200 custom search queries, email templates, and reports.

• Created training materials and processes.
