Cornerstone LMS System Admin

Participated as a project team member to design and implement an enterprise level training matrix add-on to the Cornerstone LMS portal. 

Worked in conjunction with other key members of the business and a third-party vendor. 

Implemented a solution to provide leaders in all areas of the business a seamless picture of training compliance within the LMS.

Designed and developed custom compliance reports using Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, charts, etc.) to provide training compliance data to areas of the business. 

Developed reports to identify employees who required specific training, and who had completed it. 

Streamlined the use of the learning management system for the user base by converting static one-time assignments and static groups to dynamic recurring assignments and dynamic groups which were based on HR data fed to the LMS via the HRIS system.

Identified and consolidated more than 3,000 learning objects in the learning management system as part of a larger project to clean up the course catalog globally. This effort made it possible to inactivate many old learning objects no longer used for training, as well as making it easier to identify courses which were currently applicable to the users in the company.

Participated as part of a project team to assist the client in data clean-up and migration from legacy LMS to ComplianceWire LMS for approximately 400 users. This included testing, user acceptance tests/scripts, roll-out and training to user base.

Compliance Wire LMS Administration (Day-to-day duties).

Provided Compliance Reports on an as-needed basis to areas throughout the business, as well as more detailed compliance reports to governing agencies such as the FDA during audits. 

Assisted all leaders in identifying all training requirements on an annual basis.

Provided hands-on LMS training, documentation and training aides to all existing and onboarding employees.
