Client 1)

  • Created the Organization Change Management project plan for a Workday implementation. 

  • Planning included assessing change readiness, current and future state analysis, stakeholder analysis and a comprehensive communications plan

Client 2)

  • Conducted change readiness and risk assessments for a Workday implementation, ensuring successful adoption by employees and managers. 

  • Consulted with key stakeholders on change impacts to their respective areas, e.g. IT, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Business Partners and leaders.

Client 3)

  • Using PROCSI’s ADKAR approach, led global change management, communications, and training of a PeopleSoft conversion to Workday (9K+ employees globally).

  • Designed and provided training on changes for employees, managers, and SMEs (IT Help Desk, HRBPs, recruiters, payroll, time reporting, etc).

Client 4)

  • Championed global change management work stream for Workday implementation (14K+ employees globally).

  • Storyboarded and reviewed training created in Articulate.

  • Analyzed and validated HR business process, identifying potential change management impacts. 

  • Developed successful sustainment strategies and project plans to address gaps and issues.

  • Analyzed output from global UAT sessions to identify change impacts and solutions.

Client 5)

  • Established and managed the Steering Committee and Project teams for the implementation of a new global HRIS (Workday), covering 5K+employees in 40 countries. 

  • Led regular global meetings of each team, tracking risks and issues along with mitigation plans.

  • Developed and implemented a $1.5M budget and short/long term project and change management plans, tying them back to the corporate strategy and performance imperatives. 

  • Routinely reported progress directly to the CHRO for updates and approval. 

  • Managed the relationship with the Workday implementation Partner.
