• Solid PeopleSoft 9.2 (PUM 33) HCM, 9.2.33 and Workday HCM 30 Global Functional/Technical HCM Application Consulting, Project Management and Change Management Lead skills.

• Extensive key experience as a Contracted Functional/Technical Project Lead Manager with Health and Human Services (Hospitals), Federal, Private, Higher Ed (Campus Solutions) and Public sector exposure to the (ERP/SAAS) HCM/HRMS systems. 

• Several years in the PeopleSoft/Oracle, ADP HCM Suites of Applications and Product areas with additional years in Workday-HCM Lifecycle organization and PS HR/Payroll/Benefits/Time keeping products to include managing exports to General Ledger and Commitment Accounting.

(Implementations, Upgrades, Production Support, Mergers/Acquisitions and Decommissioning).

Client 1) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Mgmt Functional Consultant

• Human Capital Management 9.2 Functional PMO Consultant for the Business to the EITS Technical Group. Conducted validation implementation (Absence Management) and upgrade (T testing of PS Time & Labor, North American Payroll, Absence Management and Kaba Biometric Time Collection Devices to Time & Labor.

• Responsible for PSHUP mapping, testing, and processing of Kaba time files and Financials Expense  module items to Paysheets in North American Payroll.

• Responsible for the coordination and processing of Absence Management records into Time and Labor for processing to North American Payroll.

• Finally, responsible for recommendations in setting up AP Vendor Table mapping for Benefits and Garnishments in conjunction with Financials AP synced vendors.

Client 2) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll, Time & Labor Lead

• Human Capital Management 9.2 Functional Lead Business Analyst Transformation Project of PS Time & Labor to WFM- Kronos and upgrade of the PS North American Payroll, Benefits Administration (eBenefits) and Workforce Administration, MSS, SS (W-2, Direct Deposit, Commitment Accounting, Bank Account Enrollment, etc.); Profile Management and GSS Workflow connected applications.

• Responsibilities also include Fit/Gap Sessions; Documentation of current and Future State payroll requirements currently utilized or to be decommissioned to support Financials (Commitment Accounting Strings).

• Responsible for the Configuration of core Payroll & Time and Labor Tables and incoming interface mapping from third party time systems into the North American Payroll System for further connection to PeopleSoft Financials to include commitment accounting strings.

• Currently responsible the Business Process flow mapping of data, HR Transactions, GSS, Benefit/General Deductions, and Time Processing events from all HCM and WFM-Kronos      applications into the Payroll System for Calculation and correct payment; this to include several pay type employees and special contracts.
