  • Over 15 years of experience with HCM enterprise solutions with the last 8+ years focused on Workday’s cloud ERP solution. 

  • Highly experienced in planning, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HCM and Recruiting. 

  • Workday Core HCM: Setup, Organizations, Staffing Model, Jobs and Positions, Worker Data, Tenant Setup.

  • Workday Global HCM: Global Tenant Setup, Business Object Translations.

  • Workday Recruiting: Dynamic Document Generation for Offer Letter, Automatic Stage Routing, Configurable Search Facets, Job Posting Locations, Confidential Job Requisitions and Prospects, Candidate Pools, Translations.

  • Lead and support project workstreams related to the implementation and deployment of Workday HCM and Recruiting solutions. 

  • Responsible for working with customers to design their business processes, gather their functional and reporting requirements, and to map their current data to Workday. 

  • Configure Workday according to customer requirements and document any areas where requirements are not met. 

  • Support the testing, data conversion, and integration development efforts. 

  • Provide Workday product and implementation expertise on engagements.

  • Deep knowledge of project implementation tools and Workday’s Deployment Methodology. 

  • Strong critical thinking skills, fit/gap analysis, root cause analysis, and ability to drive to closure resolution of complex system issues. 

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.

  • Led post Go-Live enhancements for HR Security Optimization and Redesign project, Dashboards (Manager, HR, and Adoption Planning), GDPR including Purge Person Data feature, Mass Distribute Documents feature, National ID Verification feature.

  • Led post Go-Live Recruiting enhancements for Configurable Facets, Job Posting Locations, Dynamic Document Generation (Offer Letter), Confidential Job Requisitions and Prospects, Automatic Stage Routing, and Candidate Pools.

  • Led HCM workstream for Workday Recruiting global implementation.

  • Led solution design during Plan and Architect stages of Phase 1 HCM Global deployment.

  • Led solution design during Plan and Architect stages of Phase 1 HCM United Kingdom rollout.

  • Led migration of Workday configuration for divestiture project across 15 countries and 17 languages.
