Manager (WIM), Kronos  Workforce Connect 6.0/5.x, SSRS reports, Process Manager 6.0/5.2/5.1, and Workforce Scheduler/Operations Planner 7.X (WFAS and WFOP).

Client 1)

• Act as the single point of contact for Kronos issues of users/HR and Payroll including WFC and WIM issues.

• To maintain high availability of the application to users all the time.

• Wrote Microsoft SQL queries and PL/SQL code for the unique requirements for the client.

• Gather requirements from various departments for various countries and Implement/configure them in the system.

• Understanding the business requirements and created new processes in Kronos for fulfilling the business requirements using configuration/WIM.

• Configured complex pay-rules, accruals and other configuration items for many locations

• Train new payroll analysts and HRBP’s on using Kronos and generating the payroll files.

• Use the QlikView tool for validation of the payroll files after modifications to the configurations.

Client 2)

• Act as the single point of contact for all Kronos issues of users/HR and Payroll including WFC, WFAN, SSRS reports and Advance Scheduling modules.

• Worked on the Kronos upgrade from 6.3 to 7.0.9 and migration to Cloud environment.

• Changed all the SQL/ PL SQL queries/object from Oracle to Microsoft SQL

• To maintain high availability of the application to users all the time.

• Use Informatics ETL workflows for transferring data from HR to Kronos and vice versa.

• Wrote Microsoft SQL queries and PL/SQL code for the unique requirements for the client.

• Gather requirements from various departments for various countries and Implement/configure them in the system.

• Act as SME for all questions from Oracle SOA team for integrating Oracle EBS with Kronos.

• Understanding the business requirements and created new processes in Kronos for fulfilling the business requirements using configuration/WIM.

• Created a DR system for the current production server and developed the process for migration of PROD to DR to PROD.
