  • Workday Certified Talent Consultant experienced in leading the design, configuration, and testing of Talent & Performance items including feedback, review template design and setup, goal configuration, talent reviews, performance reviews, performance & talent calibration, succession planning, talent pools, and the overall talent business process framework.

  • Workday Certified Recruiting Consultant experienced in leading the design, configuration, and testing of Recruiting functionality including Career Sites, Job Application Business Process, Referral management, job posting templates, internal application process, offer letters, job requisition process, and recruiting and staffing security.

  • Consults with client as functional lead to design, build and deploy HRIS solutions that meets their business needs, maximizes efficiencies within their technology platform, and strategically integrates Workday HCM solutions into their business processes.

  • Configures Workday application, manages data conversion process, assists with customer integrations, leads system testing cycle, and supports user acceptance testing.

  • Provides work stream direction, leads regular client meetings, and serves as cross-functional escalation point for Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Reporting.

  • Workday Compensation Product Lead responsible for knowledge share among partners across the Global Workday ecosystem.
