Involved in projects related to application upgrades, and maintaining corporate human resources, payroll applications.
Involved in implementation of E-profile and e-payroll for employee self-services.
Highly knowledgeable in Kronos support, labor management, business analysis, documentation, software configuration, scenario testing and deployment (including change management) as well as implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Kronos with vast experience in Kronos Configuration and Support.

Responsible for configuration and Up-gradation of Kronos 8.x to ensure timely reports Weekly, Biweekly both.
Managed the implementation of Workforce Management, Advanced Scheduler from v7.0 to v8.0 and Connect interfaces.
Maintained Kronos organizational charts and add labor levels (location/departments/jobs) as requested.
Responsible to manage Workforce in Kronos Workforce Central version 8.x including an intuitive interface.
Setup the Attestation toolkit for TimeCard as per client requirement and Trained the team.
Installed, configured, and test KRONOS Workforce Central 7.x -8.x which include expertise in the following modules like Workforce Forecasting, Scheduling, & Time Capture, Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Attendance, Workforce Leave, Workforce Activities, Workforce Connect / Interface Designer.
Integrates functionality from various Kronos 8.x modules (Kronos In-touch, Tele Time, Time & Attendance, Leave, and Tele Staff) with external systems during defined stages of the Workforce Management project.
Managed Kronos migration project Kronos 7.0 to Kronos 8.0 - created business case/project plan, created documentation for existing processes/reports/interfaces, prepared DEV server, installed Kronos 7.0 applications, upgraded Kronos database from 7.0 to 8.0
Successfully configured and rolled out Kronos 8.x.

Configuration and implementation of Kronos Workforce Payroll 7.0, Benefits, Human Resources, and Workforce Central for the client.
Working with Kronos Workforce Scheduler, Timekeeper and Analytics for preparing dashboards, cubes, eformetc for client's store systems and operation division.
Performed SQL queries, updated, tracked and resolved technical challenges and Designed SQLqueries to mine data, created reports and identified trends in data.
Production support of Kronos included analysis work of Workforce Device Manager (time clocks), WIM interfaces inbound (employee data) and outbound (payroll hours/wage), pay rules, accruals, reports, wage profiles, etc.
Work closely with HR and Payroll Department on resolving HR and Payroll issues concerning KronosInterface and outbound Payroll file issues.
Resolve Kronos Manager and employee issues, ran various Kronos reports for absences, lateness, accruals, time details, miss punches.
Build interfaces to integrate between PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 and KRONOS.
Configured and lead the roll out of 180 Kronos 4500 Biometric clocks for all lementation and Worked extensively in PeopleSoft HRMS modules like (Core HR fundamentals, Workforce Administration).
Created and modified configuration setup including but not limited to Access Profile, Payrules, Scheduler and Advanced Scheduler.
Monitor the Daily/weekly interfaces and Batch events and fix them in case of errors Involved in PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade to change the employee/payroll interfaces from Kronos side and performed end to end system testing.
Responsible for providing Training to Managers, Time Keepers, and end users.
