ADP Vantage Consultant

Interim consulting role while the client seeks a permanent hire.

Estimate 60-90 day contract mainly focused on HRIS reporting, Systems Security issues and data analytics. 

Additionally the consultant will also oversee a project of data conversion of our  Ultipro history data to ADP.

This position will provide HR Information System support to the company, working cross-functionally, with all levels, throughout the organization to ensure data and process consistency within its record keeping systems.  

Provide support and guidance to HR practitioners in the areas of employee record keeping, administration, reporting, as well as lead HRIS project management activities.

Responsible for managing, maintaining and improving current human capital management systems, as well as, implementing new processes and tools to maximize the effectiveness of the organization’s business operations. 

Responsible for technical support including internal and external interfaces, complex reporting, security access, manage system testing/upgrades and support system implementations. 

Work closely with the external vendors, internal IT team and the HR team to identify and realize solutions to human capital management issues that will empower the end-users to better utilize our human capital management tools.
