Responsibilities
Insurance brokerage firm with 1200+ employees using ADP WorkForce Now (all modules).
Growth mainly via acquisition, expecting to be close to 2,000+ employees within next 12 months.
Having issues getting new employees into WFN system and generally feel that they could get more out of the system - it needs to be configured to handle their growth strategy.
A new Total Rewards Director is starting soon and they would really like to have an ADP WFN Consultant on board by then; assessing the system and recommending / implementing changes.
The client stressed she wants some one to know all the modules and how they all fit together - from applying for a job through onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance to retirement.
Looking for a customer focused consultant who can listen to their needs, advise on what they should do and hands on configuration to implement recommendations.
Requirements
ADP WorkForce Now Consultant with experience of all the modules.
WFN assessment experience.
Client facing expoerience analyzing client needs and configuring WFN.
