Responsibilities
Kenexa Consultant required to work with TA staff to address user needs and pain points.
Identify and analyze TA processes and functionality currently being used (and not used).
Advise client on system capabilities, functionality and how to maximize ROI.
Design technical and / or functional solutions.
Educate client on system functionality that can improve effectiveness, efficiency and ROI.
Propose options, solutions and process changes.
Take charge on system changes and solutions.
Hands on configuration of the system to implement proposed solutions to meet the clients needs.
20-25 hours per week, 3-4 months initially, possibly up to a year.
Requirements
Kenexa BrassRing ATS experience.
Looking for some one who will take the lead (not a follower).
Must have solid understanding of TA processes.
Understanding how technical solutions address functional needs.
