Responsibilities
Our client has approx 400 salaried staff at corporate HQ and 1500 hourly rate employees spread across 3 plants.
Client implemented Kronos Workforce Ready 2 years ago for time & attendance and scheduling modules for plant staff which integrates with ADP WFN payroll.
Scheduling module had limitations so they built their own in-house scheduling tool and integrated it with Kronos and ADP.
Having issues with the integration and concerns regarding it's accuracy.
Need a consultant to perform exploratory support / health check to determine how they are currently using WorkForce Ready, how it's configured etc.
Assess the integrations and identify any issues, if any, and fix.
Optimize the current state, make changes, advise how best to maximize ROI.
Advise what future state should look like.
They think the new Kronos scheduling module could be a lot better than the one the implemented 2 years ago.
Should they implement it, should they implement Advanced Scheduler, Dimensions or move entirely to ADP WFN?
Requirements
