Responsibilities
  • International information security company with 3,500 employees in over 30 countries.

  • The client went live with SuccessFactors Eemployee Central 2+ years ago and still have configuration issues to resolve.

  • Currently a small HRIS team that needs an additional Consultant to focus on requirements gathering, translating requests into workable solutions and implementing system enhancements.

  • Technically hands on role as well as client facing consultative responsibilities.

  • Mainly working with international HR departments in the larger territories; resolving vacation time / accruals, ATS / RMK, Performance & Goals issues - the local HR staff not using the system correctly or to its full capacity, still need to automate processes.

  • Initially a 3 month contract with option of further extensions.

Requirements
  • SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, RMK, Goals & Performance.

  • Consultative approach advising clients, determining requirements and designing / implementing solutions.
