The Workforce Ready payroll feature allows HR teams to manage payroll processes such as data import and export, deduction and earning code modification, employee timecard approval, pay period setup, pay stub tracking and more. Users can automate and streamline payroll across the entire workforce and access data at any time. The time keeping module offers an attendance system that helps organizations with scheduling and boosts employee engagement by providing managers and employees with real-time visibility into early or late arrivals, breaks, time off, exceptions and more.

Workforce Ready features a single employee record shared across all its applications. All employee data is maintained in a single database, with a single user interface to pull reports and launch workflows across the organization. Data is updated in real time, so managers can make decisions based on the latest, most accurate information. The Kronos Workforce Ready mobile app allows users to manage human resource operations on-the-go using any mobile device.
