Recruiters can share and post new job openings on theses platforms as well as search for potential candidates for the job. The solution also offers customization tools to design career portals and make them look engaging with videos, blogs and testimonials. With HR compliance management tools, firms can stay compliant with HR regulations such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCC).

SilkRoad also allows recruiters, candidates, and employees to share job openings on their social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Hiring managers or recruiters can define a set of conditions for a job, and the solution will automatically accept or reject the candidate's application according to their job suitability.
