• 6 + years of Project Management

• 7 + years of creating Test Cases, Test scenarios and creating User stories

• 7 + of conducting 5 level testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance based on client requirements

• 8 + years as Lead Implementation experience

• 10+ years of HRIS System experience (ESS, MSS, Recruitment, LMS, Benefits / Benefit Enrollment, Payroll, Time and Attendant, Reporting (ADP-R and Cognos), Compensation, and Leave Management

• 20 + years of combined IT and HR industry experience in the Healthcare, Financial, Government, Logistic, Technology, Retail and Telecommunication industry

• PeopleSoft Payroll and HCM (Hire/Rehire, Transfers, LOA and Terminations)

• ADP- EV5, HR-Benefits, Pay eXpert, Payforce, PCPW, WorkforceNOW, ADP eTime, ADP-Reporting, Skillsoft LMS and Expense

• Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Financial, Peoplesoft, SAP (HR, Recruitment), SuccessFactor, Ultipro (Cognos), Dayforce and Bswift

Ceridian Experience:

• Gather and analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, process and configuration workshops

• Work with offshore development team to ensure application and technical requirements are configured

• System Configuration and data mapping for Dayforce (WFM, Payroll, HR, Onboarding and Recruitment, Integration files)

• Testing – perform unit testing, end-to-end, creation of system test scenarios based on client requirements, UAT and parallel testing with clients

• Customer Relationship Management via Netsuite, issue management via ServiceNOW and risks to ensure successful system delivery
