Configure the global Compensation Salary Planning and Bonus Planning Worksheets to integrate with Employee Central.
Configured custom fields on Compensation worksheets and integrated the same with EC (publishing the data to EC).
Configured look up tables, eligibility rules, guidelines and budget structure on EC salary planning template.
Mapped Eligibility rules, guidelines, tables from SAP HR ECM to SuccessFactors Compensation.
Worked on stabilizing the configuration for ECM.
