  • Build and loaded the SCORM and AICC content to LMS, Configured LMS domains .

  • Configured LMS Dashboards for Users, Managers and Learning admins.

  • Replacing labels for all data elements using export/import tool.

  • Associating Curricula with Learning catalog and Assignment profiles.

  • Propagation and synchronization of Assignment profiles using immediate/APM , based on requirement.

  • Configured Questions, Exams and Quizzes along with different contents for courses , curriculum and programs .

  • Completion and failure status based on organizational requirements

  • Configure the global Compensation Salary Planning and Bonus Planning Worksheets to integrate with Employee Central.

  • Configured custom fields on Compensation worksheets and integrated the same with EC (publishing the data to EC).

  • Configured look up tables, eligibility rules, guidelines and budget structure on EC salary planning template.

  • Mapped Eligibility rules, guidelines, tables from SAP HR ECM to SuccessFactors Compensation.

  • Worked on stabilizing the configuration for ECM.
