Extensive Ceridian Dayforc implementation experience to include:


  • Project management including completing all configuration/mapping and release testing in Ceridian DayForce.

  • Assist in transition of Data Center, HR/Payroll processes implementation.

  • Dayforce Assistant Lead / SME in Ceridian Payroll / HR / Benefits implementation (6000 employees).

  • Relationship management with departments, field and vendors.

  • Application administration, support and maintenance of Ceridian to include the communication, stakeholder coordination, review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and identifying enhancements and changes.

  • Configuration and mapping of system for acquisitions to meet business requirements, testing, employee uploads and setup.

  • Stays abreast of system updates and enhancements, proactively evaluates and recommends adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs.

  • Technical point of contact for Ceridian ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing.

  • Ceridian Administrator responding to and completing any configuration needs, reports pulled, updates, new configuration based on legislation changes.

  • Serve as a key liaison with Ceridian-Technical support management between business, field and Ceridian.

  • Use project management skills and methodologies in managing projects.

  • Develop end user and departmental procedures, documentation and training.

  • Provide technical support to diagnose, analyze, research, test and resolve issues within Ceridian DayForce.

  • Perform all configuration changes and upkeep in Ceridian DayForce.

  • Effectively communicate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical customers to support best practices.

  • Leverage strong analytical and problem solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents.

  • Ensure that issues and action items are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Upload, test, troubleshoot, edit and resolve payroll, human resources and benefit files for FTP server.

  • Manage projects to schedule following systems development methodology; accountable for efficient and maintainable results that meet business requirements.

  • Upload vendor files via FTP and analyze and resolve any issues.

  • Maintain vendor accounts and relationships, liaison between vendors and business, resolve configuration, file or data issues.
