Managed and executed the entire implementation lifecycle including planning, discovery, design, configuration, and deployment in addition to project and client management responsibilities.

Implemented Ceridian Dayforce for approximately 25 mid-sized clients (>501 employees) and 25+ small sized clients (<501 employees). Working on (up to) 4 implementations simultaneously.

Played a key role in enhancing the customer experience by active participation in the 1CX project with various groups which created a smoother implementation for the client.

Responsible for back office configuration of banking and tax filing.

Serve as a liaison for back office testing between Dayforce application and back office systems.

Review and replicate clients ‘current tax setup in order to configure their data to HCM.

Prepare clients for transition between Sales processes from the point contract is signed through Implementation and rollout support.

Coordinate with the customer by initiating and/or tracking tax forms, security set up, funding forms, credit checks, pre-discovery, and implementation paperwork. Follow-up on missing customer information.
