Directed the end-to-end implementation of full suite Ceridian DayForce Human Capital Management software.

Set all client expectations and timelines, producing detailed roadmaps for successful product deployment, leading all Discovery, Configuration, Testing and Production cut-over operations.

Ensured all work was completed according to SOW, any deviations were documented by change requests, and approved for cost adjustments.

Managed all customer interactions and escalations, leading all executive steering committees.

Developed system to provide the right content, tools and levels of training to create engaged, prepared, and effective client leaders post go-live; obtaining highest total customer engagement feedback for 2017.
