  • Business process design, requirements workshop and implementation of SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, EC Payroll, and integration to WFS, ADP, Fidelity, BenefitFocus, Morgan Stanley, FieldGlass, Lincoln Financial, Computershare and a wide range of 3rd party applications using SAP CPI.

  • Master Data Replication/Data Mapping of Employee Records to S/4 HANA, ADP Global View: Actions, Organizational Assignment, Personal Data, Payroll Status, Addresses, Basic Pay, Bank Details, Recurring Payments/Deductions, Additional Payments, Contract Elements, Family Member/Dependents, Cost Distribution, General Benefits Information, Absences, Employee Remuneration Info and 3rd Party apps via SAP HCI/CPI.

  • Worked closely with business, functional and technical team members to gather requirements, functional and technical design documents and specifications, workbooks related to Employee Central, SAP HCM Payroll and interfaces.

  • Designed end-to-end SAP cloud solution landscape that includes sizing, architecture design to requirements gathered.

  • Provided functional, technical and integration between Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.

  • Worked with Benefits team to design process on the integration of open enrolment, eligibility files and processing of files into SAP HCM Payroll for accurate payroll deductions.

  • Acted as Subject Matter Expert/support contact for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll problem resolution assistance.

  • Business requirements gathering, solution design and functional specifications documentation on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors related projects.

  • Provided functional support/expertise on the business requirements gathering, solution design, integration, solution configuration/walkthrough, data migration, integration setup, solution testing - functional/SIT/UAT Testing Support.

  • Supported the SAP U.S. Payroll, HCM and Benefits with integration to ADP.

  • Provided subject matter clarifications to business managers/partners/HR Business Partners/Directors on the potential implications of functional and technical recommendations.

  • High-level project scope, plan, standards, project management, design reviews, configuration walk-throughs.

  • Worked with internal teams both onshore and offshore to be an effective conduit between business partners and offshore technical team.

  • Planned, managed and coordinated the EC/Payroll deployment activities and production support release management.

  • Configured Infotypes, Wage Types, Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules to meet business requirements.

  • Ticket Resolution using ServiceNOW, HPQC - analyzed defect patterns, trends and types to determine appropriate proactive remedies.

  • Liaised with Business users and Development team on Enhancements, Testing, Planning and Execution of Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Dress rehearsal, and User Acceptance Testing and Support.

  • Cutover lead and go-live support for SAP SuccessFactors applications, SAP HCM, EC Payroll, ADP, BenefitFocus, Morgan Stanley, Lincoln Financial.

  • Leveraged SAP tools, services, methodologies and best practices to support project implementation and ensure that the customer’s SAP solution runs with optimal level of performance, stability and data consistency.
