• Certified SAP Human Resources (HCM) and SuccessFactors (HXM) Consultant in Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll, SAP Cloud Platform Integration and the following SuccessFactors Talent Modules: Compensation, Recruiting Management, Recruitment Marketing, Performance & Goal Management, Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0, Succession, Learning Management System.

• 15+ years of Management Consulting experience and 8+ years of combined expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits and various SuccessFactors Talent modules.

• Experienced in conducting Design and Configuration Workshops, leading and validating Iterations on Configuration Workshops, Systems Testing – Functional, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing; as well as coordinating the Cutover and Go-Live Activities.

• Adept in the SAP SuccessFactors Activate Methodology - Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy/Launch.

• Integration of SAP SuccessFactors Architecture and Landscape via SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, Web Services/API, OData, SFAPI, Compound Employee API, PI Pass Through, Packaged Integrations.
