Responsible for the successful delivery of the SuccessFactors BizX Suite including Compensation and Variable Pay, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession, Talent Profile, Career Development Planning, Calibration.
Mentored/coached several new hires within IBM hire to retire practice.
Conduct best practice sessions for clients for Compensation, Variable Pay and Talent Management.
