Consult with clients to scope, design, document, implement and deliver Cloud solutions

Consult with clients on Organization Change impacts based on solution scope

Manage project budgets and ensure a high level of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, forecasts and reconciliation/confirmation of actuals

Provide project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior management levels

Author SAP Business Blueprint templates for modules in scope at client projects

Prepared Business Process Design documents with Use Cases and Process Flow diagrams

Author and deliver administrator and end user training on solution scope

Execute and lead User Acceptance, System Integration and End-to-End testing on client projects

Working coherently with the internal SAP team on delivering an integrated HCM Project Portfolio – SAP HCM integrated with SuccessFactors Modules

Responsible for recruitment, selection and onboarding of key implementation resources

Maintain exceptional client relations to ensure a smooth implementation
