  • Functional Lead SME implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Management, Project followed an agile implementation methodology. 

  • Provided recommendations on best practices in regards to the solutioning of SuccessFactors architecture and limitations on the application.

  • Review of current processes, existing documentation, and business requirements to determine customer needs for system requirements.

  • Liaison between the business & technical teams in regards to configuration of the modules. 

  • Client advocate working between the implementation partner and the company to provide cross functional impacts and visibility for options that were not fully documented in the discovery process.

  • Worked with a team to develop and create end users training materials. 

  • Developed scripts for product testing and user acceptance testing.


Client 2)

  • Functional Lead SME implementing SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, Employee Central, Talent Management (Career and Development, Performance and Goals planning, Succession Planning), Compensation, LMS and Workforce Analytics for a 10 billion dollar utility company that has offices in Northeast US and in the UK. Project followed an agile implementation methodology. 

  • Provided recommendations on best practices in regards to the solutioning of SuccessFactors architecture and limitations on the application.

  • Lead the review of current processes, existing documentation, and business requirements to determine customer needs for system requirements.

  • Liaison between the business & technical teams in regards to configuration of the different modules. 

  • Client advocate working between the implementation partner and the company to provide cross.functional impacts and visibility for options that were not fully documented in the discovery process.

  • Finding a nice balance between the high velocity implementation approach versus customizing based on customer requirements.

  • Juggling the idiosyncrasies of two SAP environments into one SuccessFactors environment and the replication of that data back to the two SAP environments.

  • Understanding the multiple unions’ facets which affect payroll and time. 

  • Developed scripts and ran product testing, user acceptance testing as well as end to end testing. 

  • Assisted in the Cross Module Integration & Third Party Integrations to build a robust system. 

  • Lead train the trainer sessions in addition to training the support staff.

  • Worked with a team to develop and create end users training materials. 

  • Provided ad hoc support along with post go live support.
